About Me 

I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago after joining a class at my local leisure centre. I fell instantly in love. 

The peace and joy that I experienced from practising yoga encouraged me to try many different styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Bikram, Iyengar and Yin.  In addition I have attended many workshops and classes across the country, ranging from local church halls to dedicated yoga centres. 

From each class I have taken something away that has benefitted my own practice, whether this is from meditation, breathing (pranayama) or posture (asana) work. 

Yoga is a personal journey of self awareness and development.  

I was thrilled to find Brenda Louw and her Chill Out Yoga teacher training course. I am so grateful to her for her commitment to bringing out the best in us and allowing us to develop our own style whilst ensuring we are knowledgeable and safe practitioners.

The more I discover, the more I want to share this wonderful gift. 

Yoga is a gift you give yourself.  Self improvement and development begins instantly and never stops..

My yoga classes incorporate meditation &mindfulness, asanas (postures) and deep relaxation.  Everyone is welcome.  It doesnt matter how flexible you are or how stressed you feel, once you make a start you will benefit.
